halloween 1
Tonight was the Halloween party at the church.
Malcolm was a little dog. I was a big dog.
He thought it was funny that we both got doggie noses, thanks to my liquid eye liner.
Malcolm really went at it with the markers. I love the concentration in his face. He loves to draw. He has been mastering his circles this week. Some times he calls them "buntins", pumpkins. Oh, and they had donuts and a witches broom (he loves brooms) so he was really happy.
Dave was over night at the hospital so we stopped by to spread some of the Halloween cheer and candy. This is a good shot of the waggly tail.

Wow, what a little smarty pants, making circles. That rocks that all his favorite things were at the party. I also think he has a quality list of favorites, though I've come to like brooms less as a grown-up.
Can you say adorable? And not just Malcolm...
Holy cow - is he really drawing circles? Do you realize that your child is seriously advanced?? And he even holds the marker like an adult. Wow. Maybe it's those artistic genes in the family. Cash loves to draw, but can't draw anything specific and doesn't hold the pen well. And he doesn't say hospital or donut or pumpkin, that's for sure!
What an excellent pincer grasp. I have no doubt he will master the Zaner-Bloser handwriting chart by three.
